These cakes are created by our chef to meet your specific needs.
Please allow 48 hours preparation time for the big event.

Strawberry Short Cake:
With whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Rasberry Chocolate:
Toppped with chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries.

Bacchi:
Chocolate cake with hazel nut mousse, hazel nut wafer and chocolate ganache.

Lemon Cream:
With fresh fruit, vanilla sponge topped with fresh fruit, lemon custard and whipped cream.

Black Forest Cake:
German cherries, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
